  • Assessment and implementation of portfolio/investment performance monitoring systems
  • Ongoing review and management of revenue and expense optimization programs for both individual investments and across portfolios

 

• Value-add improvement planning, implementation and oversight: 
  • Assess investment market demands for a renovation plan
  • Work with ownership to design and implement plan
  • Provide regular budget-to-actual monitoring services

 

• Partner reporting and accounting support:
  • Review and assist in partner presentations and reporting
  • Assist accounting team in monthly reporting functions
